Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Subscription Plans
Legistro offers a Free plan and a Premium plan. The Premium plan is available as a monthly or annual subscription billed in advance in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Subscription page.
- Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your profile and data are retained.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — see Section 3 for refund eligibility.
3. Refund Eligibility

| Service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours | ✅ Pro-rated credit for downtime period |
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@legistro.com with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]
- Include your Razorpay payment ID (found in your subscription confirmation email).
- We will respond within 2 business days with a decision.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Subscription Delivery
Legistro is a digital platform. Upon successful payment:
- Premium features are activated instantly on your account — no physical delivery or shipping applies.
- A payment confirmation email is sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes.
- If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour of payment, contact us immediately at support@legistro.com.
6. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions on Legistro are not auto-renewed. Each billing cycle must be renewed manually by you from the Dashboard → Subscription page. You will not be charged automatically at any point. Your Premium access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to Free until you choose to renew.
7. Changes to Pricing
We will provide 30 days' notice of any price changes by email. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.
